PrairieStar is located at the intersection of Highway 287 and CR 17 (Taft Avenue) in Berthoud, approximately halfway between the cities of Ft. Collins and Denver along the Front Range Urban Corridor. Surrounded largely by farmland and situated just north of the Little Thompson River, Berthoud has been nicknamed the “Garden Spot of Colorado”.
Though the area retains its rural charm, Berthoud offers plenty of modern conveniences, along with tree-lined residential avenues, an historic downtown feeling, excellent schools, and an overwhelming sense of community spirit.
The Front Range Urban Corridor is booming, as a variety of new industries and businesses come into the region, creating plentiful employment opportunities. With its central location, PrairieStar offers easy access to jobs in Denver, Boulder, Ft. Collins, Loveland, Longmont, and Greeley.
Driving Directions
From Longmont: Travel north on 287 to County Road 17. Turn left on County Road 17, then a right on Wagon Bend Road. Model homes available.
From Loveland: Travel south on 287 to County Road 17. Turn right at County Road 17, then a right on Wagon Bend Road. Model homes available.
From Denver: Travel North on I25 to Highway 56. Go West to Highway 287. Go right (North) to County Road 17. Go left on County Road 17 for about 2 blocks and find PrairieStar on your right.
